I’ve been using this product for awhile now I can only say that it’s help me with my stage 3 kidney disease that I found out last year late September 2023 I just had a check up bp is going down don’t no about gfr rating yet but I’m going in for bloodwork in early October and I’ll see if the results shows anything different than before
