A super hydrating, electrolyte-packed drink with functional health ingredients to help you maximize your daily fluid intake.

Ingredients:

3 cups chilled coconut water

1/2 cup blended cucumber juice

Juice from half a lime

1 tbsp of CSP's Liquid Chlorophyll

3 cups ice

Instructions: Mix coconut water and liquid chlorophyll first, stir in the lime and cucumber juice, and pack the glass with ice.

 

🍓Strawberry Limeade

A perfect balance of sweet and tart, this vibrant drink is a warm weather classic.

Ingredients:

0.5 lb. sliced strawberries,

1/2 cup lime juice

1/3 cup Agave Nectar

1/3 cup water

20-30 mint leaves

2 cups cold mineral water

Instructions: Combine agave nectar and water in a until they are well mixed into a syrup. In a large jar, combine the syrup, lime juice, strawberries, mint, and water. Let chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, then serve over ice.

 

🥭Mango Pineapple Glow Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup mango chunks

1 cup pineapple chunks
